I’ll admit it—I’m a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan. Have been since the early ’90s, through plenty of rough seasons. But the highs of recent years? Worth every bit of that struggle.
The Chiefs endured a 50-year Super Bowl drought before finally breaking through. It didn’t happen overnight—it took years of setbacks, key decisions, and gradual progress. Then suddenly, bam—success! It reminds me of Jim Collins’ Good to Great and the flywheel effect: small wins accumulate, momentum builds, and persistence pays off.
Business works the same way. Keep grinding, focus on the little things, and success will come—not overnight, but through steady, deliberate effort. One day, you’ll look back and realize you’ve built something unstoppable.
Until next time,
Bill
P.S. As I write this, my Chiefs just lost the Super Bowl in heartbreaking fashion. If you’re enjoying that, stay tuned—I’ll unpack it in my next post!
